6 Week Beginner Course - £135

This course is designed specifically for the more inquisitive person
that hasn't touched upon pole or lap dancing before, or who has had
very little tuition. Each session will start with a warm up and end
with a warm down.
6 Week Intermediate Course - £135
19:00 - 20:30
This course is designed for the individual that has had tuition in pole
and lap dance and is confident they are capable of moving up a level
and learn more challenging tricks on the pole and perfect their lap
dance. Each session will start with a warm up and end with a warm down.
6 Week Course Start Dates
6 week beginner and intermediate course start dates are as follows and
run for 6 consecutive week day evenings from 19:00 - 20:30

Beginners taster session - £25.00
Want to enrol on the beginners course but are not sure if its what your
looking for? Drop in to one of our taster sessions held every 6 weeks
on a Saturday and see if the class is what your looking for. If so, all
you have to do is pay £110.00 to book onto the rest of the full 6
week beginner course (Subject to availability).
Intermediate taster session - £25.00
Want to enrol on the intermediate course but are not sure if its what
your looking for? Drop in to one of our taster sessions held every 6
weeks om a Saturday and see if the class is what your looking for. If
so, all you have to do is pay £110.00 to book onto the rest of
the full 6 week intermediate course (Subject to availability).
Beginner One to One Sessions - £75.00 per hour
This session is designed for the individual that wishes to learn the
art of pole and lap dance quickly and consists of one hour intensive
training between the instructor and student. This session is highly
recommendable as the instructor has more time to concentrate on the
individual needs of the student. Each session will start with a warm up
and end with a warm down. These sessions are available on Saturdays,
please contact us for availability.
Intermediate one to one session - £75.00 per hour
This session is designed for the individual that has had tuition in
pole and lap dance and is confident they are capable of moving up a
level and learn more challenging tricks on the pole. This will consists
of one hour intensive training between the instructor and student. This
session is highly recommendable as the instructor has more time to
concentrate on the individual needs of the student. Each session will
start with a warm up and end with a warm down. These sessions are
available on Saturdays, please contact us for availability .
Hire the poles for an hour - £50.00 per person per hour
Ever wanted a place to practice your skills but getting a pole fitted
at home just wont fit in with the décor? Pole Central now hire
the poles/ room out so you can practice away until your hearts content!
This session does not include an instructor.
